Phenegran Injections Empty Phenegran Injections

I talked to my pharmacist last night and he told me I can get phenegran injections for at home. Last week was terrible. I was vomitting up my med's and my IBS was flaring so my compazine suppositories, well, you get the picture.

I was stuck not knowing how much med had absorbed before I threw up, so I was in pain for quite a while.

Anyone do home injections of phenegran? I think I'm going to call my neuro about it today.

if you can't get that please look into zofran meltables. I threw up everything during pregnancy for a while and it really stays down because it absorbs into your saliva and works in 5 minutes. It's worth a try, maybe even before the shots because hey..who wants to deal with needles when you can have a meltaway pill.

Feel better!

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Occasionally, I get pretty bad bouts of vomitting. I usually wound up in the ER. A few months ago, my internist prescribed phenergan injections that I can take at home. They work extremely well for me. They are not hard to give, though I try to have someone else give the shot. The injections have been a life saver for me. Definitely talk to your dr about it. The zofran meltables are also effective. Anyway, I hope this helps.

Pain free days,

Phenergan injections can be very dangerous. If the phenergan gets
into and artery, it can cause gangrene in the arm or leg. There was
a recent law suit where phenergan caused a violinist to lose her arm.

Zofran meltable tablets are just as effective and a whole lot easier to
use.
