Injections behind ear anyone?
Hi
has anyone had injections behind their ear done by an anesthetist? This is the latest thing we are trying. Daily symptoms just won't budge so far. Don't know what state I'm likely to be in after. Will I bit sleepy?
regards

Re: Injections behind ear anyone?
What type of injection?
I am going to guess its a nerve block, which is typically a combo of an anesthetic and steroid. It may be a bit painful, but shouldn't make you tired (unless they do sedation? less common). I was sore afterwards, and sometimes you can get some bruising, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Best wishes.

Thanks. I was worried that I would end up in a bit of a state. It is a very little lane with lots of bends that I would have to get back home on , and I didn't fancy it if I'm really dizzy or anything afterwards. I think I will get a taxi home though.
