In Patient Treatment Centers

I just made the decision to take a leave of absence from work using FMLA because I cannot function like this anymore. I hate it but I have to do it.

I currently go to Cleveland Clinic and have been since October. I decided I need an in patient treatment center to try to help me once and for all while I'm off work. I know they have the IMATCH program. There is the Diamond Headache clinic in Chicago that has one and another location in Ann Arbor that has one. I'm also considering the Mayo clinic.

Anyone have any experience with these places and any feedback on them?
