I was expecting maybe a guillotine or a giant cartoon mallet.
I don't know any other "ultimate" migraine treatments :-(

But there's not much in this preparation - maybe willow bark, which is similar to aspirin. But all the extracts in this are less than a micrograms (way too small to do anything) except for juniper berries and grapefruit. Juniper berries are an uncommon medical botanical, used more in cooking. But I looked it up and some practitioners say they are a good diuretic and analgesic.

My guess is "placebo".
