Given all the adds on that page, I suspect that is one of these Internet sites purporting to provide information, but not really providing anything useful or having any real standing for what they say. In this case what poll or method was used to say these are the best? They just post very general stuff to lure people in for the ads. It seems to be a major marketing approach on the web. Unfortunately I'm finding way too much of this sort of thing.

I'm looking for a good neurologist, preferably in the South Western US. Any suggestions? I had thought about going to Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia, because I have family there and will be visiting several times a year. Ideally, I like one closer to where I live.
