Migrelief Supplement
I was reading about the supplement MigreLief. I looked it up on Amazon and it had some good reviews. Has anyone here tried this? If so, did it help?

Migrelief
I tried Migrelief for about 9 months. It really didn't help the frequency or severity of my migraines, so eventually I just stopped taking it. I have heard of people who responded well, though, so it is probably worth a try. Good luck!

No,not Butterbur, but B2. I took Feverfew for a long time, it didnt do any good ,but no harm either.
Then I tried it again several years later and it upset my stomach.
I havent tried it again since.
Might be worth a try, we are all so different, and at least it isnt a heavy drug.

Re: Migrelief Supplement
I haven't been on the forums in awhile (plenty of action on the old forum, only been here a couple of times though). I can honestly say that this product is one of the reasons why. I starting taking it almost a year ago now. It took 3-4 months to see any effect, but it has without a doubt reduced the frequency of my migraines and made it easier to treat the ones I do get.
Now, I just hope the effects don't start to wear off just like with every other treatment I have had success with. (knock on wood).
My only other input is that you can also just buy the ingredients individually and likely save money. I just have an aversion to taking handfulls of supplements (already take a few vitamins) so I like just taking the one pill containing all 3 supplements.

Re: Migrelief Supplement
migravent is another very good supplement. Has HUGE results for migraine sufferers. Go to the site and check it out...my headache specialist out of the mayo clinic swears by it as the best preventative. (No she does not have shares in the company)
It has butterbur, magnesium, B2 and coenzyme q10.
I have been on this combo for just inder two months, the time you are supposed to start seeing results. I actually had a headache -free day yesterday! First in a very long time....but I also had botox two weeks ago...so it could be just that.
I take the pills seperate, not the migravent...it is about 75.00 a month and I found the pills much cheaper seperately. (Swansons sells butterbur online for really cheap).
I have been headache free today as well BUT I took something after my chiropractic appointment...so I`m not 100% sure if I would have stayed headache free all night.
