injesction
ive had these now for 3 years i think and theyve changed my life. some people just get one side injected but i have both sides just at the back nr the base of the skull. it stings for a few seconds when they do it but theres not much to it really and i get relief within 20 mins! it lasts for about 2 months.

Yes, very helpful. They inject steroids and painkiller (lidocaine).
Worth trying but you need Dr who has must have plenty of experince in doing the injections, as it requires great skill to get it in the right spot. Some Dr try it, but they do not get it right, causing poor results.
You can have in both sides or just on the side where you get most of your pain. Both is better. Good luck.
