Hi, I am Norma, and I live in Black Mountain, NC. I joined Ronda's in 1998, and was a daily participant for many years. I have gotten so much better with age (and menopause) that I only check in once and awhile, now.

If you don't mind my asking, how old are you and when did you feel you were getting better?

Thanks Mini. Norma that's good news, I'm so pleased for you. I've just started going through the menopause (which I assume is making things worse) and am keeping everything crossed that things may improve after but I know that's not always the case - but you've got to hope

Hello Friends New and Old,

I have been around off and on for a decade or so. I think I was in Spain when I joined, the Los Angeles CA, then Oregon and now I am settled in Colorado! It is 1 degree fahrenheit outside right now and I wish I was somewhere warm! But it is unbelievably beautiful here and I am surrounded by family and friends. I only feel the need to escape mid winter Perhaps I'll pop down and visit some of you in Australia. I have always wanted to go there!

Thank again to you all for sharing your stories and treatments and questions. I would not have made it thru the last ten years without you all.
