Just got back from vacation and of course I had a rocker for 3 days. Then mild, then a rocker when we drove home for 15 hrs. I knew this was going to happen...

I'm worried. I'm going on a short vaca this weekend. I haven't flown for years and am afraid it's going to trigger me.
