Re: Dreadful shooting in Cumberland England.
Oh, I am sure neither I or the Province article mean to imply that men in UK (nor in the N. Am) are getting less or lesser psychiatric help than women.
It was just that allegedly late Mr Bird was turned away, and that could have been for whatever reason.
Whether or not it was true, we will see. It certainly would be better if it turned out to be just a false accusations.

So far Risa it is a rumour and nothing more.
Our NHS takes a big bashing as it is.
If that one turns out to be true, it will cause a lot of problems.
Its fair comment though Risa. Just hope it turns out to not be true.
It hasnt even been suggested over here that I have seen, but we wait....we see.
The story is unfolding hour by hour.
A family grudge. A man drinking more and aggressive with it.
It now emerges he shot his brother a good while before he ran amok.
Just a bad bad day. I hope they dont try to blame the police.
One thing though. Apparently some of the medics were not allowed to get to the wounded due
to "Health and Safety". Do you have that idiotic ruling. That does need to be changed.
If any one person died, or is more seriously effected than they may have been had help been revived earlier.
THAT will be a biggie.
