my migraines gone with my spray

hi just to say i had bad migraines for months and my mum tried lots of stuff on me but now she got me a spray called 
migraspray and now i don't get them any more so i can go to away matches without any problem now.its really easy to use so i just squirt it under my tongue..it might help you

Do you know what your trigger is? Mine is tartrazine - you can read about it on wikipedia. It's in a lot of foods, including sports drinks, ice cream, pickles, etc.
