Sprix nose spray

My doctor prescribed a new nose spray medication call Sprix, which he was told would stop a migraine dead in it's tracks. It is the same medication as Tramadol (ketorolac) in a nasal spray form. Well I just gave it a shot, and I'm pretty disappointed. My headache feels just the same.
It was $70 for 5 vials of the stuff. I doubt I'll use the other 4. It burned like heck in addition to not doing anything for me. Sigh......
