Headin back in the right direction

Ok...for those of you who chimed in after my post about gaining weight despite being on Weight Watchers, I'd like to boast that I weighed-in saturday and am down 3 lbs.

I know it's only 3 and I shouldn't celebrate quite yet...I'm just happy my hard work IS starting to pay off and I am headed in the right direction again

WRONG! You should celebrate!

When you loose, you should celebrate by rewarding yourself with nonfood items like shoes, clothes, or anything small you can afford. When you hit a bigger goal, award yourself appropriately. It will help you keep on track with your weight loss
