Well, it's finally back ---

It took ten months, but my head finally figured out how to get around the big dose of Verapamil and tonight I have the familiar behind-the-right-ear-to-over-right-eye throb, nausea, all so familiar.

When I told my son I had to take half a Maxalt, I couldn't help but cry... (made it worse). I had to search around a little for the Max. as I had put it in the closet.... :-(

This was comparable to the first time I took Neurontin (years ago) and got a few months relief.... but this time, since I am nearly 60, I thought it might really be gone for good.....

I love you guys so much, you are the ones that truly understand....

I am 13 months on clonodine doing pretty well. I am aware that others have had short relief like this. How can I go back ??

10 months is great----but sorry your streak came to an end. Maybe this episode will be followed by another long streak of no pain. Here's hoping.

So sorry to hear that Holly. Perhaps you will get much longer breaks in between migraines now that you're older (you're still a couple of years younger than me!). Let's hope this is so. Keep us posted.
