What is the strongest aspirin  and dosage that works(occasionally!) on migraines?

I have found that 660 mg of Aleve works rather well but be sure there is at least a little food in your stomach to protect it.

In my experience, pretty much nothing. I can take 4 and it won't make a dent. For other people 2 seems to work fine. It's pretty much an individual thing.

If my migraine medicine isn't working, sometimes 2 extra-strength Tylenol combined with 800mg Ibuprofren helps a little bit.

I was recommended a 600mg dose of aspirin recently and found apart from making me feel sick it was next to useless
