Low dose Estrogen patches
Has anyone ever tried these for migraine. I am very sure mine are hormone related even at my age and a friend mentioned that the patches are the only way she can avoid the weekly, sometimes daily, migraine. I am not eager to go the estrogen route but wondering if this has helped anyone else?

Re: Low dose Estrogen patches
I have not done the patches, but take oral progesterone, estrogen and testosterone.
I think the progesterone helped quite a bit. Be careful of anything that is not bio-identical, however, because it can make things worse.

Thanks, I guess I am going to try DIM first in an attempt to balance estrogen levels. The Ceflaly doesn't seem to be doing anything for me even after 3 months so on to the next thing to try. Sigh...
