Empathy, how important it is...

I found this article very interesting because at last the medical profession is beginning to pay some attention to the importance of empathy towards anyone who is in pain, anyone who felt dismissed and made to feel distressed  because of the lack of empathy or understanding about what we are going through day, after day.

I am not sure that we will see changes  very soon, but at least we are beginning to talk about it, so this is a positive development. Let's hope we will see some progress at last.
