ORGANIC COCONUT OIL

it's good that there are at least 2 or 3 of us who find coconut oil helpful.  OBVIOUSLY, it isn't helping my memory or attention to detail; see post i wrote to gailgigi when i was supposed to answer tortoisegirl......kinda funny, i think.  it helps alzheimer's people but since i don't have that, it isn't helping the brain cell or two i possess.

i will try it on toast, but i have toast rarely (since i lent my toaster and it looks like it ain't comin' back.)

meanwhile, i just melt my tablespoon on my coffeepot warmer.  easy.  dianne
