Migraine Support Formula

Has anyone tried this supplement consisting of a list of vitamins & supplement to help relieve migraine such as several b's, magnesium, coq10, niacin, etc. Has this suppliment been tried and true? Flo Please email flo_02472@yahoo.com

There are several formulations out there like this, but I always question the quality of each ingredient. I'd rather just buy a highly regarded brand of each individual ingredient. And, it ends up being cheaper in the long run to do it that way as well I have found.
