Ugh!! Indiana weather!!!

I was awakened this morning with a killer migraine!! I believe it is due, in large part, to the change in weather here...again! Yesterday it was cold and rainy. Today, very warm and foggy!! Maybe I ought to move to a different state!...

I heartily agree..............we should move out of Indiana...........San Diego is a pretty place with beautiful weather!

Swiss weather isn't better these weeks, I am sorry to say. I cannot think of such strong winds from changing directions day by day we had lately. Very bad for me. I don't know when one migraine attack ends and when the next begins. I felt best in Australia. A bit far away, alas, for me.

I stayed up to listen to "new" info about weather and migraines on our news the other day. I couldn't believe it!
The neuro from the Cleveland Clinic said the following weather can trigger migraines.

1-Low barometric pressure
2- High barometric pressure
3-cold weather
4-hot weather
5-rain
6-snow

DUH!! Are you kidding me? In other words like we all know...simply being alive.
I knew there was another reason why I try to avoid the Cleveland Clinic!!
I hate all day news teasers like that that make me stay up and watch the late news.

I live in about 35 minutes away from the Cleveland Clinic!!

The weather is killing my M status as well.... I just got over a HUGE 4 day M. The weather here in the past week went from 80 degrees to 50, and all variations of wet and dry.

I hear Arizona is nice... shrug.. then again the squinting from the sun gets at me too lol.
