Hot weather + dehydration can be a trigger
We are having some very hot days here in UK. This also means that it is easy to forget to drink enough water and get dehydrated. Dehydration is one of the most common M triggers, so it is important to have a bottle of water by your side and keep drinking through the day, and at night whenever you wake up to prevent dehydration. It is so easy to forget, specially when you are busy, but we all do it.
Actually I think that it is dehydration during the night, that is often the cause of so many morning headaches and M -it is a good idea to pay attention to our water intake, specially in the summer.

Hot weather and dehydration
Yes good reminder. We get so used to not needing to think about it over here.

Mind you, although today it is nice and cool, I still need to remind myself that even on a day like this we need to drink a lot of water and I keep forgetting, so this post was much to remind myself!
