Party Time
Two days and roughly 1.5 hours until my sons birthday party. I need to clean, shop, cook, organize, go to the bank, clean 8 more times (things happen with a baby, dog, and 3 cats...) and not in that order!!!
I already am running around like a chicken with my head cut off I don't know where to start!
Any food ideas?
I ordered the cake at least. But that is ALL I have done so far. SHAME on me!

Sorry, I didn't see this until today. How did the party go. What did you end up doing for food?

Re: Party Time
The party is Sunday!! (So I still have some time to go crazy haha)
I'm making Italian sausage sandwiches. I got the sausage from this tiny Italian deli webhave in our town... absolutely everything from their shop is amazing. And their fresh rolls are so yummy!
Other than that I'm just grabbing pizza, chips/dip, making a humongous salad, and having cake!
I hope it all goes well! I have to still clean upbthe house a bit before the party. There is a thunderstorm moving in in the evening after. The party so the change in pressure better not bring in any migraines either.

Re: Party Time
It went pretty good! I was running around like crazy the whole time playing hostess.
I had some awesome family friends that helped out a bit too
And of course my son got some nice gifts and ate cake like a champion (he doesn't really eat many solids because he has texture and sweets issues... silly baby).
It was really nice how people came and celebrated as my mom had to be out of town... and showed me who didn't come after saying they would
The party was a great success though!
