things have been rough

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have not been on here in a long time. Things have not been too good. Some family issues going on. And my migraines have been horrendous again. They are always bad enough but I did reasonably well for awhile. But now I am doing awful.

awww I am so sorry to hear that Kim. I am also sorry i haven't been around for you, either.
To my excuse I haven't been so hot myself, am wrapped in my own problems, too, feeling awful with fibro and whatnot.

have you ever tried Topamax for M prevention? Maybe it will help if started in a very very low doses and also increased slowly and in a tiny doses?

And how are the kids doing?
