Hi Greeneyes,
I know how you feel. Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time. I just wish I had some suggestions. Other than possible IV medication or steroids or a change in pain control, I don't know what to say.
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hate what migraine disease does to us. I hope you feel a little better for the fourth.
Sending pain free days,
sailingm

Migraines that won't end
I've had a migraine for weeks, it just won't go away. I take fioricet, but only allow myself 1 a day. I don't want to get in the rebound cycle. I take zanaflex at night for neck pain and use flector patches. I have tried all the triptans and can't take any of them, they cause my heart and chest to feel tight, so doctor took me off them. I really need something stronger asap! If I don't wake up with a migraine it starts shortly after I get up. Thinking about calling my doctor today to ask for a pain killer like toradol, or maybe loratab. I just need some relief. Do any of you take pain pills for your migraines? It is so hot here in Tennessee, and that for sure isn't helping with these migraines.
