When is a migraine a migraine?
When is a migraine a migraine? I am not sure if I can say I have daily migraine or daily headaches with weekly migraines.
Maybe it does not make much difference maybe my head just hurts, but I was wondering how others see it.
My daily head pain is very much like a migraine but is far less server, the pain is only on one side, temple, and stiff neck, then the following day can move to my other temple. However my full blown migraines which can be once a week and leave me in a dark room with an ice pack with the same pain and syptoms yet mind blowing pain.
So do I get a migraine once a week and daily headaches or do I get daily migraines?

I don`t get regular headaches anymore. Some of my m can be at a 3 instead of a 7. I know it`s a m because the symptoms are always the same. My migraines can move around a lot. They`ve always done that. Sounds like what you are describing.
