Fibro question

I have fibro and one of my more annoying symptoms is that my skin hurts. Not my muscles or bones but my skin. Lotion doesn't help because it is not a dry skin issue. It suuuuuucks! Does anyone else have this? What do you do?

I am still slogging away trying to find answers Ali and B12 deficiency keeps coming up with this sort of symptom.
If you have ever been tested it is suggested on many different sites for different types of sufferers that your range should be at least 800-1000. The standard test range is put at over 130 or similiar depending where you live.
Do you have an old test result that you could check?

I'll have to check. The skin hurting is intermittent, mostly on days when the Fibro acts up.

I think I will add a multi-complex B to my vitamins. It can't hurt.
