Has anyone read any good self help books lately? I think I'm suffering from the middle aged blahs. I just can't seem to get motivated to do anything or make any long range plans. I think I could use a pep talk in the form of a book.

All of me!

I ordered a bunch from Amazon that I plan to read the week between Christmas and New Years.
Most are about remaking yourself and gaining confidence after age 50. I also ordered the Migraine brain book. Can you recommend any?
