Panicked about an aura coming on

I keep thinking that an aura is coming on but it doesn`t. I haven`t had a bad one in awhile so I know it`s coming eventually. I`m having high anxiety about it. I thought I was going to have one in the store this morning so I panicked and left. Well, thankfully no aura. Anybody have these feelings.

Yes I understand this. But please, although not easy, try not to panic about it too much as your anxiety itself could bring a migraine on.

Have someone with you while you are out and about. Let them drive. Then don't worry about it. If it happens, your friend can lead you to a safe place to wait it out. The again, you may be worying for nothing if it doesn't come to pass.
