I'm an idiot! Hurt my neck....and it's killing my head

I'm not sure what gave me the bright idea to try to move a fridge with my head, but it didn't work and I heard a large crack and had a migraine within minutes.
My neck is sore sore, sore. OUCH!!!

Oh Milo, I hear you...Get out some ice from that fridge and try to reduce the inflammation...
My neck is so big with my migraines....I sure hope you get some relief....
