Steve Hayes and his friend Johnnie produce a YouTube each week. Every episode conisders a different movie of teh 40's and 50's. Steve's knowledge is encyclopedic and his presentation delightful. You will thank yourself for subscribing tohis YouTube channel and watching all his entries. Really, he is just wonderful!

Here's a recent episode.

Love it Richard!

My Dad thought Gene Teirney was the most beautiful woman ever. And I agree.

Oh, and glad to read your blog again. I missed it!

I love how one link leads you to another. I like the trailer for "The Big Gay Musical".

The REAL excitement in musicals is that the authors of Avenue Q have teamed up with Armistad Maupin of San Francisco. There is now "Tales of the City - The Musical." Its world premiere is with the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco this summer. Good reviews in teh New York Times. I cannot wiat to see it. Tales of the City is one of my most favorite series of books EVER! We'll see what Steve Hayes has to say about it if it ever comes out on DVD.

I intend to waste my pain meds, use my "distant" glasses, and see this musical this summer. VERY excited!

Richard, it's all your fault (not the first time I've seen that line on this forum Laughing ). I should be playing track the mystery smell in my kitchen, but instead I'm up to episode #12 of TOQATM.
