I never truly had a full fledged one, just an occasional flash of light here and there, so this is most interesting and informative for me.

Can't help but notice how the M terms are not quite being kept formal according to IHS, though. ah, no biggie.

I keep meaning to do a painting of my auras. I have several different ones though, sort of like some of the clips. I don't get them every time either. It's a real pick and mix bag of migraine symptoms sometimes!

Would be really interesting if those of us with aura could all put up pictures (our own or someone elses) that describe our auras.

Very interesting. Mine were more like AZgirl's than the other ones but still not exactly. I love Amy's idea of painting them. I think I will do that. I know longer get them but they are vivid in my mind from when I did have them. Besides that blurry blind spot, I actually had completely black areas and zigzag lightning like streaks. They lasted pretty much exactly 20 minutes so I just had to wait them out.

I've had aura only 4 times in my life but it was something very similar to the first part of the video.

Do they all look like that or are there variances? In a migraine, upon standing, my vision will often almost go black and I see weird things. Floaters and just weird stuff. The description given me was different and it's possible I get more visual disturbances than I realized.
