Prodrome or trigger
Not sure if this article is really helpful but it is not all that long and is at least interesting. It may be of use in being prepared ahead of time for the next attack.

Kem10, Thank you for posting the link for this article. In some ways it felt like I was reading about myself. The yawing, tearing, craving carbs and sweets, etc.
It just feels good sometimes to feel validated even if that seems ridiculous after living this for 25 years.
I tried everything to get on top of a migraine before it got out of control but nothing ever really worked so I went on long acting meds. At least I am able to do the everyday chores most of the time. I feel lucky for that. Anyway, thanks again, very good article.
