Zinc and migraine prevention

I have bee doing quite well lately and trying to figure out why so I can keep doing whatever is helping. I have been taking zinc for the last 5 months or so and found this article. Is it the zinc helping? No idea really but it is worth investigating.

Update: It wasn't really the zinc I guess, have had a difficult couple of months. Guess I'll just keep on telling myself "never give up, never give up, never give up".
