CoQ 10 for migraine prevention?

Anyone try CoQ 10 for migraine prevention? My neuro suggested I start a regime of 150mg/day. I have read a lot of good things about it.. wondering if anyone has tried it and/or has had any success with it?

My neuro had me start it straight away with the rest of my preventatives. Although I cannot really comment on the effectiveness because I started it along with daily Magnesium and Topa, I wouldn't know what to attribute any success to specifically! I will count it a team effort and say it has helped a little


I know that supplements can get pricey.. just want to share what I have been doing. I have been lucky and have gotten BOGO sales at CVS. I have also ordered from Puritans Pride they always have BOGO and buy 2 get 3 free. PLUS I can always find my specific dosage from them!

I tried it for quite a while, it did nothing for me.

I tried it but it made me so lethargic after a few days I couldn't function while taking it. I was really surprised at my reaction to it since I had heard such good things about it.
