CranioSacral Therapy Empty CranioSacral Therapy

Has anyone tried CranioSacral Therapy? Anything to it? Seems like something insurance won't cover and I had no luck with chiropractic or acupuncture, so I am wary but if it has a decent success rate I would try it.
