Zonegran, Potassium Cl ER & Meloxicam new med regimen

Saw a new headache specialist (neuro) last week after coming off Topamax last year for migraines due to kidney stones. My severe episodic migraines and chronic daily head and neck pain had become severe and I was at my wits end. I was also battling depression due to chronic pain and missed work. He has put me on Zonegran (100mg), Potassium Chloride extended release 10MEQ, and Meloxicam 15mg. There is a kidney stone risk associated with Zonegran as well so we may have to stop this med but right now I am loving my results. No headaches, minimal neck pain and my mood is greatly improved. I was considering full disability and going out of work. Now I feel like I can make it and I feel normal again. Where has this been all my life?
