Cancer diagnosis by smell
There is apparently,s a serious area of research into diagnosing different health conditions by smell and this can be especially important in an early disagnosis of cancer, where otherwise it would be extremely difficult to trace.
It has been known for some time that dogs can often sense/smell the developing cancer , and time and time again, such "diagnosis" proves to be correct.
Apparently this latest technology is making a good progress in developing machines that would be able to copy the sense of smell in a similar ways to dogs.
If you want to read more about it here is the link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-26472225
It has occurred to me that many migraneurs (including myself) have a highly sensitive sense of smell, especially during M attack, so I though thatll this information might be quite useful.
