Indian food = migraine? Empty Indian food = migraine?

Post  WitsEnd Fri Aug 09, 2013 6:14 am

I have been migraine free since January (I'm very lucky, I know!). I woke up at 6am with full blown aura and the pounding had started.

The only thing I've done out of the ordinary was eat a quorn tikka last night. It's not the the quorn because I eat it regularly. I've done some googling and discovered there is red dye in tikka Surprised

Has anyone experienced migraine with Indian food before? I can't think what else it could have been!

Sorry if this post is gibberish, brain functionality is a bit low!!!
