Another book recommendation

"The Migraine Brain" by Carolyn Bernstein M.D. and Elaine McArdle (2008)

Okay, I admit, I haven't actually read the book. I picked it up from the library today, intending to skim through for useful info, but I was hooked after reading the first chapter. Though I can't give a proper book review, I can say I already like the author, her attitude, and her message. For my whole life, migraines were this "thing" in my life with a lot of question marks. As they grew worse I felt like I was losing the fight in a lifelong battle. Just reading a few pages of this book already gives me a huge sense of relief about the disorder, and I am excited to learn more.
