New here how does this work?

Hi im angela!! Ive had migraines for about 10 years now!! Painful horrible excruciating pain on both sides of my temples with vomiting, blurred vission, ringing in ears, dizziness, nausea, my blood pressure drops very low! I had a complete hysterectemy january 2011 and it just got worse! I have been off work since may 2012.
