I know this is little help, but have you seen a doctor to try some injected or IV meds to try to break it? One combo that worked (once) for me was an IV with tordol, ranatidine, a steroid, and a bag of fluid, followed by 5 days of 20mg prednisone twice a day. It may or may not work for you but it's worth a chat with the dr. (HUGZ)
