aura's changing

I'm not sure my aura's have changed over the last few months or if I'm experiencing something besides a M. I've had about 3 episodes where I can't think of the word I'm trying to say & feel confused for a moment, then the left side under my ear (it feels like a nerve) start having a feeling of fullness, not exactly numb. Then I start having a M headache on that side.
It almost feels like when I'm having a meniere's attack except the headache. The gland on that side is swollen. The headache gets better if I can go to sleep but the headache pain & fullness is still there after 3 days. I blamed this on perfume exposure & taking an iodine supplement. I'm very sensitive to fragrances & med's so I always have a bad reaction to either.

Does anyone have similar aura's? thanks.

In the last year, I have gotten the aura of where I can't find words and get very confused. A couple of weeks ago, I was convinced that we had 2 cats (and we don't and never have)! I had to go to the ER on that one. I don't get those other things though. Not to worry, but I would definetly get yourself checked out by a neurologist just to be safe. Always better to be safe than sorry...plus, then you don't have to worry! Good luck!

Thanks for your reply. One of my neighbors went home from work to find that his wife of almost 50 years did not know who he was. She was screaming & fighting him. Of course, he thought she was having a stroke. He or EMS took her to the hospital to find out she was having a migraine. After hearing that my episode didn't seem so bad. I thought things would get better as we got older not worse.
