Anyone know of a GOOD online employment site?

My son is finishing up his last year in Mechanical Engineering... He's wondering how to 'job hunt' using the web...
Anyone know of any good sites??

Your son could try applying through one of the various temporary agencies. These days many engineering positions are filled through temporary employment agencies. My Father's last job (as a liaison engineer) was found through a booklet put out by a Job-Shop temporary employment agency. My Father was promised 6 months of work, but ended up working for 4 years before health problems forced him to resign.
