Bad migraine after move- frustrated-vent
Hi All,
It looks like the post-move migraine has kicked in with full force. I was kind of expecting it as I usually get a bad migraine after any big event. My migraines always got a lot worse after exams, trips etc.
It is just very frustrating as I am unable to function right now. This is one of those days where the migraine and fainting seem to combine forces and feed into each other. Fortunately, I do not have to do anything today (I was supposed to volunteer at the elementary school, but had to cancel.) I guess I hate the fact that I have to pay for everything good with a few bad days
However, the fact that I can simply be on the couch and take it easy is probably a good thing.
Thanks for letting me vent.
Pain free days,
sailingm

SM, moving can be quite stressful so don't let it get you down. Just relax for a while and let your body recover. Extra stress from worrying about these things really doesn't help us at all. I recommend a marathon session of Madmen or something else bizarre to take your mind off things.
I hope you feel better soon.!

Yes, I find that any time AFTER a stressful event is when I usually get hit hard. Madmen marathon sounds great or even Dexter - both are great shows! Take care of yourself.

I'll have to check it out next. We are just 1/2 way through season two of Madmen on Netflix, having never seen it before. I hear Fringe and Eureka are good too.
