Dr. Robbins: Could you give me your feedback on the migraine pain device called the Cefaly. I just came across it online. I am considering purchasing it but would like feedback first as it is expensive. Thankyou. G. I suffer from daily migraines.

Things like this are very intersting. But I do have a lot of caution at the same time.

25 years ago there was a Tens for headache, the PSL unit.....it bombed out, as Tens almost always do....they have a placebo effect, buzzing and vibrating, some claim to increase serotonin, but they do not usually work, or they only work for a few days or weeks.
