Melatonin warning

Someone, in their post here, stated that Melatonin was 100% safe. I would like to say that this is incorrect. If you are planning are taking Melatonin I would suggest googling Melatonin side-effects. Educate yourself on this as with anything else. I took 1 1/2 mg. of Melatonin last night. Will never take it again. I awoke after 1 1/2 hours sleep in a heart pounding panic attack. This, of course, may not happen to you. Just wanted to warn you this can and does happen.

Ya, Melatonin is also not ok for women with hormone disorders like PCOS.
