Re: Interesting Link to Migraines
Interesting article Anna! I am also hypermobile - something my physio picked up on a couple of years before I developed the migraines....another piece in the puzzle!

I am, too, and I never knew until I started physical therapy at a behavioral pain management program. The PT said that it's good to be flexible, but not this flexible because it leads to a lot of alignment problems. I learned a bunch of exercises there that help, though.
Interesting link to migraines
There is quite a bit online if you google migraine and Arnold Chiari Malformation together. To follow the trail still further, if you have Migraines and Chiari (or hypermobility of the cranio-cervical joint), THEN chances are that a diuretic relieves the migraines. it is prescribed to relieve the pressure in the brain of a buildup of cerebro-spinal fluid. Add "diuretic" to your google search above.
Hope this helps someone as it has me. After severe migraines for 50 years, the abruptly stopped when I started a diuretic. I have had no migraines even close to the old ones for 8 years.
