Sleeping better
I've been sleeping much better lately. I changed a few things. I moved into the guest room so I could keep the room very cold ( but use electric blanket). Plus I started using breathe right strips along with putting Vicks under my nose every night. Between all of it Im only waking up about once a night rather than five times.
The only thing is I'm VERY sore in the morning from actually having stayed in a certain position for a length of time.
I have been very productive at work. Yay for a good nights sleep!

I like sleeping in a cold well ventilated room. Sometimes this means that I have to sleep alone. Sleeping in a different room occasionally is nice, too.

Re: Sleeping better
Yes, hubby refuses to sleep in what he calls "blizzard conditions". But, he does like the cheerful, well rested wife he has had lately, so I think it's a good pay off.
Plus, he knows where to find me.
