New weird symptoms

Hi everyone

For the past little while I've noticed two new symptoms that I've been getting prior and during my atypical migraine. My arms and legs ache - not really tingling but just ache like I've done some physical work and could use a massage. I apply my heating bag to them to try and get rid of it. I also start to get a mild panic attack which I try to alleviate by laying on the rug and just doing some stretching and breathing. This seems to help. Then after a bit these go away and I get the "crawlies" all over my head along with all the other atypical migraine symptoms like normal - still no severe headache though. Has anyone else experienced these?
