THERAPUTIC NERVE BLOCKS.....

Last summer I had THERAPUTIC NERVE BLOCKS done. It was recommened that I have 5 sessions. I only had 2 sessions done. (due to distance and dibilitating migraines daily) So I don not know fully what the outcome would have been. The first session did hardly anything. The second session, where I noticed he used a higher dosage and slightly different areas of injections, helped only as long as the numbness lasted. ( a couple of hours) Here is my query: he used 8 injections each time. I do not know if these involved the occipital nerves or not. (I was so desperate I just lay there and let him do what he wanted no questions asked) I had read posts here re: occipital nerve implant stimulator. I am wondering if this would help me. BUT do not know if the above mentioned blocks were done in that area. Any ideas...As if they were done in that area perhaps the stimulator would not help.......
